Description:

Our research efforts focus on developing low dimensional electronics and optoelectronics. The goal is to extend Moore’s Law by solving the existing and emerging issues in deep nanoscale integrated circuits. The research involves electronics, optoelectronics, physics, materials sciences, chemistry and biochemistry.
